Start Price USD 1,799.00 Current Price USD 1,799.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Friday, June 27, 2008 End Time Monday, July 07, 2008 Location San Jose, California See more about '18k SOLID GOLD LOTOS EYEGLASSES - Contemporary Style' Description SOLID 18k GOLD LOTOS GLASSES – Contemporary Style Hello and welcome to my auctions.  Please take a minute to read my Profile Page (click on "Me",) and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.  And now, onto the eyewear...   REDUCED !   The glasses are made by Lotos ( http://www.lotosgold.de ), will fit either a man or woman (unisex), and are in a contemporary and stylish half-frame.   The name “Lotos” is featured in an embossed and hammered cartouche on the gold nose-pad fasteners.   Engraved on the inside of the right arm: “Lotos Gold 18KT 750 CE”.  The "ce" refers to a standard of quality met by the European Community.   Engraved on the inside of the left arm: “L-6F08-N 18KT 750”; and engraved on the back of the nose bridge: "750" (European equivalent to solid 18 karat.)   Click on third picture down to enlarge, where most of the aforementioned engravings can be read.   The weight, without lenses, is approximately 20 grams.  The frames accommodate lenses that are approximately 50mm wide x 35mm high; the bridge (across the front) is 20mm and the nose pads are adjustable.  The arms, from the joining hinge at the frame to the ear-curve, are 90 - 95 mm (can be adjusted to fit by a professional); and the overall arm length is approximately 120mm.   Please Note:  Lenses can be custom made shorter or longer by your optometrist or a qualified lens professional.    These are in excellent condition.  There appears to be a tiny repair on the right arm where it attaches to the main frame.
