If within the US, call 513-478-4556 or email us at ABC@choice.net for a Return Authorization Code. 2.) Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate, if you have one. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons, please DO NOT write ABC Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box. 3.)
