Description
In my travels to Chordeleg, Ecuador, South America, I found this pendant of silver and multicolored inlaid stones. The stones (from the top going clockwise) are orange spiny oyster, amethyst, turquoise, lapis lazuli, and mother of pearl. They are set in 950 silver and this is stamped on the back of the pendant. The back of the pendant is solid silver. The pendant is 1 1/2 inch in diameter and 2 inches high including the bail. The opening in the bail is 1/2 inch high and 1/4 inch at the thickest point. The bail has mother of pearl and turquoise inlay. This looks very nice on an omega or silver chain. This pendant would be a nice accent with a variety of clothing and variety of colors. I am a retired educator and live in Arizona. I have been making jewelry for 5 years. I shop for materials during my travels in the United States and other countries. My husband and I travel to Ecuador once a year. I always like to look at their jewelry to see what is new in their artistry. The Ecuadorians are very good at making jewelry, both in gold and silver. It is a pleasure to offer you an example of their fine work. If not satisfied, I will accept a return of item and refund your money, minus shipping costs, within 7 days. Thank you for stopping by. Mary Jane
